Two separate routes are open for organisations. Sponsorship supports the conference as a whole. workshop participation is a distinct arrangement and is not sponsorship.

Route two
workshop participation is not sponsorship and confers no sponsor status.
Law firms, companies, expert firms and institutions may host an independent workshop on 21 September 2026. Hosts bear their own costs. The participation fee is QAR 5,000.
Up to twelve workshops run in parallel tracks. Allocation of a window is confirmed by the Organising Committee.
