Activation and payment terms

• Sponsorship is not confirmed until the full amount is received.
• No logo placement, announcement, booth allocation, panel participation or benefit is released before full payment and Organising Committee approval.
• Sponsor logos must be supplied as high-resolution vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF) or transparent PNG.
• Visibility remains proportionate to the tier and subject to venue layout and committee approval.
• No speaking opportunity is guaranteed through sponsorship alone.
• Commercial activity must remain professional and compatible with the event; disruptive sales activity is not permitted inside conference sessions.
