About DArbD

Establishment, development, previous editions and current standing of Doha Arbitration Days.

Following the success of its first two editions, Doha Arbitration Days returns in 2026 as an expanded two-day platform for arbitration, dispute resolution, construction, commercial law, expert evidence, and international legal practice.

The third edition takes place on 20–21 September 2026 in Doha, bringing together arbitrators, judges, counsel, experts, academics, institutional representatives, law firms, contracting companies, consultants, and senior professionals active in disputes and major projects.

Doha Arbitration Days is no longer only an annual conference. It has become a fixed date in the regional arbitration calendar — a place where the market meets, current issues are debated, professional relationships are built, and the direction of dispute resolution practice in Qatar and the region is discussed.

The 2026 edition is held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Justice, reflecting the State of Qatar’s commitment to promoting arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. It will also be honoured by the attendance of the Ciarb Global President, Cesar Pereira C.Arb FCIArb.

Previous Editions

The first two editions established a strong foundation and made Doha Arbitration Days a key annual platform in the regional arbitration calendar. Each of the 2024 and 2025 editions welcomed more than 500 participants, and attendance has grown across editions, reflecting increasing interest in arbitration and dispute resolution. The 2025 main lecture on public order, delivered by Prof. Dr Mohamed Abdel Wahab, was widely discussed in the arbitration community.
