Doha Arbitration Days is a public professional event. Photography, filming and recording will take place for reporting, archival and promotional purposes connected with the event and the Ciarb Qatar Branch.
By attending, you acknowledge the public nature of the event and that you may appear in photographs, film or other media captured in general event coverage.
Material Under Our Control
Where photographs, film or recordings are under our control, they may be used in event reporting, the official website, social media channels operated for the event or the Ciarb Qatar Branch, and related professional publicity.
Third-Party Photography & Publications
Independent media, sponsors, hosts and other attendees may also take photographs or make recordings. Material captured by third parties is outside our control once published by them.

Personal data processing for this event is handled with regard to Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Protection, and where applicable the GDPR / UK GDPR for individuals within those jurisdictions.
